Letter of protest to Ambassador of Venezuela

International issues On August 1, 2023, Gabriel Blanco, head of communications at the Venezuelan trade union ASI (Alianza Sindical Independiente de Venezuela), along with a group of union leaders, was sentenced to 16 years in prison for conspiracy. LO has, together with the Olof Palmes International Center, written a letter of protest in which we call on Venezuela to respect fundamental human rights.
